ZCGX Type Central Drive Sludge Scraper and Suction Machine

Purpose

The ZCGX type central drive sludge suction and scraper machine is suitable for large and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central sludge discharge. It is mainly used for the suction and discharge of sludge in secondary sedimentation tanks of municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Structure and working principle

This device uses central drive and vertical frame type. The sewage flows from the water inlet column pipe into the draft tube and spreads, then flows evenly in a radial pattern to the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after precipitation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, which in turn drives the scraping arm and the scraper blade to rotate. The scraper blade scrapes the sludge together, and the suction pipe sucks the sludge to the central mud cylinder by the static water pressure in the tank, and then the sludge is discharged out of the tank through the central sludge discharge pipe. The scum on the water surface is led into the scum discharge hopper by the rotating scum skimming device and discharged out of the tank, while the supernatant liquid overflows into the water outlet trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged.

1. The working bridge adopts a semi-bridge structure, and its material can be carbon steel or stainless steel structure;

2. The driving device combines a helical gear reducer and a worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed, with high transmission efficiency;

3. The reducer is equipped with an over-force torque protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation;

4. There are two skimming methods: plate skimming and tube skimming;

5. Each sludge suction pipe is an independent unit, and the flow rate can be adjusted through the opening of the sludge suction pipe nozzle, thereby controlling the sludge return ratio;

6. The equipment is easy to operate and can directly control the operation of the equipment locally/remotely.
