The YQG-type bridge scraper is mainly used for sludge discharge in horizontal flow sedimentation tanks of municipal sewage treatment plants and waterworks. This machine performs unidirectional scraping, and scum skimming devices can be added according to user requirements.

This device adopts a mobile bridge type. When the sludge scraper is not in operation, it stops at the water inlet end. When the sludge scraper is working and moving downstream, the skimming plate is first lowered to skim the floating scum on the pool surface into the steel skimming trough at the pool end, while the sludge scraping plate is lifted off the pool bottom. When moving in the reverse direction, the sludge scraping plate is lowered to scrape the sludge at the pool bottom into the sludge collection trough at the pool end, and the skimming plate is lifted off the liquid surface to prevent the floating scum from moving backwards. It works back and forth in this way to achieve the purpose of sludge scraping and scum skimming.
