The TAJY fully automatic dosing device is widely used as an auxiliary equipment for municipal water treatment and waterproofing sludge treatment, which can continuously and efficiently complete the combination and mixing of polymers to obtain homogeneous active polymer solutions.

This equipment adopts a jet mixer, which utilizes high-speed hydraulic force to disperse the chemicals or powder particles, increase fineness, enhance the contact and penetration area between the chemicals or powder particles and water and reduce the dissolution time. The device is provided with a three-tank overflow combination, namely, preparing, curing and dispensing, the difference in specific gravity of the solution produced by gravity and solubility is utilized to automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved ones, followed by stirring by a low-speed stirrer, to improve the uniformity of the solution.
