ZCG Suspension-Type Central Drive Sludge Scraper
Purpose
The ZCG suspension-type central drive sludge scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks by central inflow, peripheral outflow and central sludge discharge, which is mainly used for sludge discharge in sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
Structure and working principle
The equipment is of central drive and suspension type. The sewage inflows into the diversion tube through the inlet pipe under the working bridge and diffuses, then outflows in a uniform radial pattern to the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The drive device rotates the central vertical shaft and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate, scraping the sludge from the periphery of the tank to the central sludge collection trough, and then the sludge is discharged out of the tank by the static water pressure in the tank through the sludge discharge pipe. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the skimming device and then scraped into the scum hopper by the skimming rake and discharged out of the tank. The supernatant overflows into the effluent trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged.
Main features
1. The working bridge adopts a full-bridge type, and the materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel or concrete structure.
2. The drive device uses a vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a combination of spiral gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed;
3. The scraper is a linear scraper;
4. The lower end of the vertical shaft of the scraper is equipped with underwater bearings and scrapers to prevent deflection when the vertical shaft rotates and sludge accumulation in the sludge collection trough;
5. Equipped with both mechanical and electrical overload protection for safe operation;
6. The equipment is easy to operate, and the operation of the equipment can be directly controlled locally/remotely.
