FCM moisture-proof gate (commonly known as flap gate) is mainly used in the water outlet pipe of a water pump or the flowing well in a pumping station to prevent the backflow of river tides.

The device has a double-hinge structure, which is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of the drainage pipe along the riverbank. When the river water level is higher than the outlet of the drainage pipe and the pressure is greater than the pressure inside the pipe, the flap gate panel automatically closes to prevent river water from flowing into the drainage pipe.

1. The flap gate requires no power, opens and closes automatically according to the water level, and is easy to install and maintain;

2. Working water pressure: The maximum working water pressure is 6m;

3. The shut-off feature is presented with minimal vibration and impact;

4. Close depending on the dead weight of the gate hinge, in the closed state, the leakage of the flap gate is no more than 20L/min.m;

5. The gate body and the gate panel of the flap gate are provided with lifting lugs and lifting rings for easy transportation and loading/unloading.
