The LF chain-plate rotary grate cleaner (referred to as rotary grate cleaner) is suitable for rainwater, sewage pumping stations, water supply lift pumping stations in urban sewage treatment and the intake pump rooms in sewage treatment plants, which is used to intercept and remove floating debris and is a widely applicable cleaning equipment.

The device is of the chain-plate rotary type. The water passage grate surface is composed of fixed grate bars. When the sewage flows through, the debris larger than the grate gap is intercepted. The rake teeth of the toothed rake plate penetrate into the gaps of grate bars. When the drive device drives the traction chain to rotate, the rake teeth carry the debris trapped on the grate bar surface from bottom to top to the discharge outlet. When the rake teeth turn from top to bottom, the debris falls off by gravity. From the discharge port, the debris falls into the conveyor or garbage cart and is then transported out or processed further.

2. The rake plates are finely processed, with high precision and good appearance. The distance between two rake plates is 2.0-2.5m, and a support is added in the middle, which can effectively remove larger debris.

3. The frame is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, easy installation and low daily maintenance workload;

4. The equipment is easy to operate and can be controlled locally/remotely.

5. To prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with dual protection of mechanical shear pins and overcurrent, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation .
