ZCN-type suspended central drive sludge scraper is mainly used for thickening settled sludge in small and medium-sized concentration tanks of urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects; this equipment adopts the gravity thickening method to reduce sludge volume, lighten the treatment load of sludge dewatering, and improve the dewatering effect, serving as a pretreatment for sludge dewatering operations.

This device uses central drive and suspension type. Sewage flows from the water inlet pipe under the working bridge into the draft tube and spreads, then evenly spreads around the tank. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraping arm and the thickening grid bars to rotate. After the sludge collides with the grid bars, the combination and sedimentation between the sludge are accelerated, and the sludge sedimentation effect is improved. The separated supernatant overflows into the outlet trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged out of the tank.

1. The working bridge adopts a full-bridge type, and its material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or concrete structure;
       2. The driving device uses a vertical three-stage cycloidal pin gear reducer or a combination of a helical gear reducer and a worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed;
       3. The thickening grids are arranged on the scraping arm at equal distances to increase the thickening effect;
       4. An underwater bearing and a scraper are installed at the lower end of the vertical shaft of the sludge scraper to avoid the deflection of the vertical shaft during rotation and the compaction of sludge in the sludge collection tank;
       5. Double overload protection of machinery and electricity is set, making the operation safe and reliable;
       6. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely.
