GSG type wire rope traction sludge scraper

Purpose

适用于刮除和清除水平流(矩形)沉淀池、隔油池等底部的污泥和表面的浮渣。

Structure and working principle

This machine is divided into three types according to its operating position and process structure.

Type A:

It consists of a walking sludge scraper, a drum, a wire rope, a stroke control mechanism, a reduction drive mechanism, a guide pulley, a tensioning device and other components. The sludge scraper is towed by a single wire rope through the transmission of the drum and guide pulley in the drive mechanism and the action of the stroke control mechanism to scrape sludge back and forth in one - way or two - way. The stroke control mechanism rotates with the drum by a trapezoidal screw and is adjusted according to the pool length and the number of turns of the corresponding wire rope on the drum. It can be used for sludge scraping in a single inclined plate (tube) horizontal flow sedimentation tank.

Type B:

It consists of a sludge scraper, a track, a wire rope, a guide wheel, a driving rope wheel, a driven rope wheel, a tensioning wheel weight, an oil collecting pipe, a travel switch, a collision block and other components. A slag scraping plate is installed on the upper part of the sludge scraper and walks on the pool surface guide rail. It uses a friction wheel to drive the wire rope for traction. Two travel switches are respectively installed at both ends of the pool. Its working principle is the same as that of Type A. It is suitable for sludge scraping in a single - row horizontal flow sedimentation tank without inclined plates (tubes) and can simultaneously scrape slag and oil on the liquid surface.

Type C:

Its structure is basically the same as that of Type A. Its biggest feature is that one driving winch device simultaneously towes two sludge scrapers through double wire ropes to run back and forth alternately at the bottom of the pool. One - way sludge scraping is used for sludge scraping in two parallel inclined plate (tube) horizontal flow sedimentation tanks. Therefore, it saves energy consumption, occupies less land and runs more smoothly.

1. Simple layout, extremely easy to achieve automatic control;
       2. High sludge discharge concentration, small water loss, no requirements for sediment particles;
       3. The sludge scraping trolley runs smoothly, is not easy to skew or derail, and has a large sludge scraping capacity;
       4. It can be installed outdoors in areas where the ice thickness on the water surface is not more than 125px;
       5. Simple design, few supporting equipment and auxiliary parts, and small floor area.
