Combined integrated deodorization technology
The combined integrated deodorization system is a new and advanced intelligent deodorization equipment developed by our company on the basis of introducing advanced Japanese deodorization technology and combined with domestic usage scenarios, featuring wide application scenarios, flexible layout, and a simple and consistent appearance. It can meet the high-efficiency deodorization needs of various occasions such as municipal sewage treatment plants, sewage lifting pump stations, and waste transfer stations.
Core principle
(1) Adopting dual-dielectric barrier discharge low-temperature plasma modules, under the action of an external electric field, a large number of high-energy electrons (e) generated by the discharge bombard pollutant molecules, ionizing and exciting them, and then combining with other active particles such as oxygen atoms (O) and hydroxyl radicals (OH), triggering a series of complex physical and chemical reactions. This transforms complex macromolecular pollutants into simple small-molecule safe substances or transforms toxic and harmful substances into non-toxic and harmless or low-toxic and low-harm substances, thereby enabling pollutants to be degraded and removed.
(2) Filled with high-efficiency deodorizing fillers, including humus bio-adsorption deodorizing fillers and dry chemical filter media, it combines the effects of physical adsorption deodorization and chemical deodorization. It has a high purification efficiency for high, medium, and low concentrations of malodorous gases. The filter media has a long service life and is convenient for replacement and maintenance.
(3) Using deodorizing agents to wash the malodorous gas further reduces the odor concentration, and at the same time can sterilize the purified air, effectively reducing harmful microorganisms in the exhaust gas.
Applicable scenarios
For situations where significant odors are generated, such as municipal sewage treatment plants, municipal sewage pumping stations, garbage transfer stations, and fecal treatment plants, the malodorous exhaust gas is treated and discharged in compliance with standards after purification, reducing surrounding odor pollution and improving the quality of the on-site working environment and the living environment of surrounding residents.
