The YLZ trolley-type mobile grate cleaner is a new horizontally movable model designed by our company based on the original LZ wire rope grate cleaner to meet the requirements of large flow and wide channel cleaning, which is suitable for waterworks with wide inlet channels, large rain and sewage lift stations, sewage treatment plants, power plant inlets, etc., to successively remove floating garbage and debris from the water body and protect the safe operation of subsequent process equipment.

The equipment is of the three-cable wire rope traction type and trolley movement type. It also consists of a rake and a fixed grate bar to form a water passage grate surface. When sewage flows through the grate surface, the debris larger than the grate gap is intercepted. The grate rail roller is firmly fixed to one side of the working platform, and when the rake is on standby, it stops above the working platform; when starting the running button, the walking motor drives the moving trolley to move along the rail to the first position, and the positioning accuracy is determined by the preset positioning device. When positioning, both sides of the trolley are aligned with the rake guide rail, and the rail rolling device is tightened. At this time, the trolley is accurately positioned, and its positioning accuracy is not greater than 2.0mm; The rake descends, then the rake flipping motor works to open the rake, when the rake descends to the lowest position, the lifting motor stops working, after an interval of 3 seconds (adjustable), the rake flipping motor works to insert the rake into the underwater grate bar to engage it, at this time, the lifting motor works again to lift the rake along the grate bar and the slag support baffle to the discharge port. By the preset scraper, the dirt is scraped into the presser or trash can for outward transportation. Each time the dredging is done (adjustable), the width of one workstation  is moved, and the work procedure of the second workstation  is the same as that of the previous position; Until N workstation s  have been cleaned, the pre-program returns the moving trolley to the starting end, thus completing one working cycle.

7. This machine adopts mobile cable power distribution, replacing the previously used cable drum. It is aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate, and reduces the working load. At the same time, it has a good use effect, avoiding situations such as cable deviation and random winding, thereby reducing the equipment failure rate.
