OA₂ rotary drum spiral grate is a new type of equipment independently developed by our company by absorbing and assimilating advanced foreign technology and combining the specific actual situation of water treatment projects in our country, which is suitable for fine grates in urban sewage treatment plants and is also a new product that integrates the functions of interception, transportation and pressing of grate debris.

The device is of drum spiral type, with a circular grate cylinder as the grate surface, installed in the water channel at a 35°angle to the horizontal plane. When the sewage flows into the grate cylinder from the end of the grate, the filter residue larger than the grate gap is intercepted and deposited on the inner surface of the grate cylinder. The entire grate cylinder is driven to rotate by a motor. The cleaning brush and flushing mechanism above the grate cylinder clean the grate surface and flush the filter residue into the central material trough. It is lifted by the conveyor screw, pressed and dewatered and then discharged through the discharge port into the material box or conveyor for outward transportation.
