ZNJ series integrated water purifier

Purpose

The ZNJ series integrated water purifier combines the technological processes of water purification such as coagulation, reaction, clarification, and filtration into one. It features advanced technology, novel design, compact structure, saves area and investment, is simple to manage and convenient to operate. It can handle raw water with a turbidity of 500 - 1000PPm (up to 1500PPm for a short time), and the turbidity of the outlet water is less than 3PPm. After chlorination, it can meet the national drinking water standards.

This water purifier device can also be used for bathing rooms, air conditioners, etc., to treat domestic miscellaneous sewage with low organic matter content. The treated water meets the reuse standards for reclaimed water.

Structure and working principle

The ZNJ integrated water purification device has the same purification process as that of urban water supply plants. It consists of: a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a filtration tank, a water quality stabilization device, a backwashing device, a water pump, and an electrical control cabinet. The following is a detailed introduction:
  (1) Coagulation tank:
  Raw water with coagulant added enters the coagulation tank through the inlet pipe. A special mixer is used to stir the water, enabling the suspended solids in the water to fully contact and react with the coagulant to form flocs. Generally, water purification devices use eddy current reaction to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to changes in water volume. The ZNJ water purification device uses a mixer for mixing, and the effect is not affected by changes in water volume.
  (2) After coagulation with the coagulant, the water forms flocs and flows into the sedimentation tank of the equipment for sedimentation. The sedimentation tank uses the inclined tube sedimentation method, with a surface load of 6 - 7m³/㎡.h. 

(3) Filtration tank: The water after sedimentation flows into the filtration tank for filtration. The structure of the filtration tank is as follows: there is a water distribution pipe at the bottom, quartz sand in the middle, and anthracite at the top. The filtration speed is about 10m/h. Finally, the clear water flows into the clear water tank for disinfection before being used for drinking. The backwashing cycle of the filtration tank is about 12 hours, and the backwashing time is 5 - 10 minutes.
