TAT Type Tubular Micro-Porous Aerator

Purpose

The TAT type tubular microporous aerator is suitable for biochemical tanks in urban sewage treatment plants and waterworks, and it oxygenates the water body in the tanks.

Structure and working principle

This device is a tubular aeration device. The aeration pipes, air distribution pipes, etc. are evenly arranged in the pool at a certain density according to the requirements of the air supply volume and the pool shape to aerate and oxygenate the pool, providing the required oxygen for the metabolism of microorganisms and playing a role in stirring and mixing. As a result, the microorganisms, dissolved oxygen, and suspended solids in the water are fully contacted, promoting the degradation of microorganisms and dispersing the dissolved gases or volatile substances in the water into the atmosphere to achieve the purpose of clarifying the water.


Main features

1. The aeration pipe is made of synthetic rubber through one-time high-pressure injection molding, featuring anti-ultraviolet, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life.

2. The check valve design is adopted, which prevents siltation, blockage, water seepage, and leakage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

3. It produces small bubbles, distributes air evenly, has high oxygenation efficiency and oxygen utilization rate, and consumes less power.

4. The equipment has a simple structure, and is easy to install and maintain.

5. For smaller aeration tanks (pool width ≤ 8m), the overall installation can adopt the lifting type, which is more convenient as there is no need to stop the pool during maintenance.
