GLYZ High-Drainage Spiral Presser
Purpose
The high-drainage spiral presser is a dedicated matching equipment for dewatering and reducing the volume of the water residue produced by the large water volume backwashing of the grille.
Structure and working principle
The presser is mainly composed of the frame, the compression tube, the spiral, the reducer, the feed inlet, the discharge tube, etc.
The water residue produced by backwashing is discharged from the discharge port of the grille cleaner into the U-shaped chute at the back of the machine and then flows into the feeding port of the presser. Under the push of the spiral, the grid residue is compressed and dewatered. The water separated by the presser enters the liquid collection tank and is discharged into the sewer or the pool in front of the grid through the outlet pipe connected to the bottom of it. The dry residue is discharged into the container through the upturned discharge pipe.
The presser is equipped with an shaft-mounted gear reducer and a low-noise motor, which is set at one end of the shaft of the spiral and drives the spiral to move in a circular motion. A heavy-duty thrust bearing is installed in the bearing housing on the side of the reducer. The spiral is equidistant, made of stainless steel, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

2. It integrates conveying, pressing and dewatering, with the advantages of continuous and airtight;
3. The discharge pipe is inclined at a 45° angle to the pressing cylinder;
4. The frame of the high-drainage presser is fixed with expansion bolts without the need for embedded parts;
5. The equipment can be linked with the supporting equipment for convenient control and can also be equipped with a local control box by itself.
