TAD Type Disc Micro-Porous Aerator

Purpose

TAD-type disc microporous aerator is suitable for biochemical tanks in urban sewage treatment plants and waterworks to oxygenate the water bodies in the tanks.

Structure and working principle

This device is a disk-type aeration device. According to the requirements of air supply volume and tank shape, the aeration disks, air distribution pipes, etc. are evenly arranged in the tank at a certain density to aerate and oxygenate the tank, providing the oxygen required for the metabolism of microorganisms. It also plays a role in stirring and mixing, enabling full contact among microorganisms, dissolved oxygen, and suspended solids in the water body, promoting microbial degradation, and dispersing the dissolved gases or volatile substances in the water body into the atmosphere, achieving the purpose of clarifying the water body.

1. The disc material is made of rubber or corundum, featuring anti-ultraviolet, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life.

2. It adopts a check valve design, preventing silt accumulation, blockage, water seepage, and leakage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
