TAF Type Flat Plate Series Micro-Porous Aerator
Purpose
The flat plate series aerator consists of a chassis, an air distribution plate, a synthetic rubber diaphragm, a compression ring, an air guide ring, and connectors for joining the base with the air distribution pipe. The base is made of ABS plastic, and both the base and the compression ring are threaded. The rubber diaphragm covers the air distribution plate, and the fixing ring ensures no air leakage around the diaphragm. The rubber diaphragm features uniformly distributed pores and is manufactured using multiple special processes and additives, offering stable performance and resistance to medium-concentration acids, alkalis, oils, and other media. It is the earliest type of aerator put into engineering operation. The support plate diameters for the flat plate microporous aerators are ∅215, 260, and 300mm.

The rubber diaphragm covers the air equalizing plate, and with the action of the fixing ring, it can ensure no air leakage around the diaphragm. The rubber diaphragm has evenly distributed holes. This kind of rubber diaphragm is made through multiple special processes with added chemicals, featuring stable performance and resistance to medium-concentration acids, alkalis, oils, and other media. It is the earliest aerator put into engineering operation. The diameter of the support disc of the flat plate type micro-hole aerator is ∅215, 260, 300mm.
