ZBGX Peripheral Drive Scraper and Suction Sludge Machine

Purpose

The ZBGX peripheral drive scraper and suction sludge machine is suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks with large, medium and small tank diameters by central inflow, peripheral outflow and central sludge discharge, which is mainly used for sludge suction and discharge in secondary sedimentation tanks of urbansewage treatment plants. This equipment has the corresponding patent, patent No.: ZL 2018 2 0068511.0; Patent No. : ZL 2018 2 0069961.1.


Structure and working principle

The device is adopted with peripheral drive. The sewage inflows from the inlet pipe at the center of the tank, diffuses through the steady flow cylinder and then outflows in a uniform radial pattern to the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The drive device drives the working bridge frame to rotate around the periphery and drives the sludge suction pipe system and the sludge collection and scraping plate to rotate. After the scraper scrapes and collects the sludge, which is sucked into the sludge collection trough by the suction pipe under the static water pressure in the tank , discharged into the central sludge tank and then discharged out of the tank through the central sludge discharge pipe. The scum on the water surface is introduced into the sludge discharge hopper by the rotating skimming device and discharged out of the tank. The supernatant overflows into the water outlet trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged.
