The LZ three-cable wire rope grate cleaner (referred to as wire rope grate cleaner) is suitable for large and medium-sized waterworks, rain/sewage lift stations, sewage treatment plants and power plant inlets, etc., to intercept and remove large floating objects and bottom sediments in the water, protect the pump impeller and reduce the processing load of subsequent process equipment.

The frame of the device is fixed at the upper end of the wellhead, and the water passage surface is composed of fixed grate bars. When the sewage flows through the grate surface, debris larger than the grate gap is intercepted; The rake is first driven by the rake flipping motor, stops after completing the opening and flipping action, and then is driven by the lifting motor, and under the control of the height limiter, descends along the guide rails on both sides to the bottom of the grate well and stops, then automatically starts the rake flipping motor again, stops after completing the closing of the rake action, starts the lifting motor again, and the rake, under the traction of the wire rope, inserts into the gap of the grate bars to scoop up the intercepted debris, and ascends along the grate surface and the slag-blocking plate. Under the control of the height limiter, when it reaches the discharge opening position, the lifting motor stops and the cleaning scraper at the upper frame automatically scrapes the debris as the rake ascends, and the debris falls into the conveyor or garbage cart from the discharge opening,thus, one cleaning and floating process is completed.
