The LYZ spiral presser is suitable for the treatment of grille residues in urban sewage treatment plants, residential sewage pretreatment facilities, municipal rain/sewage pumping stations and waterworks, etc., which is mainly used in conjunction with conveyors or grilles and other equipment to press and dewater the removed grille residues.

The equipment is of a shafted spiral type. When the material enters from the feeding hopper, the grille residue is pushed into the discharge pipe through the spiral body. After being compressed by the gravity of the grille residue, it is pushed out of the discharge port and directly discharged into the garbage cart for transportation inside and outside. The pressed wastewater is discharged through the filter grille and the collection pipe and the drainage pipe.

1. Drive device adopts shaft-mounted gear reducer, with compact structure, smooth and safe operation;

2. The spiral blades are welded on the spiral shaft to enhance the stiffness and pressing capacity of the blades, and the spiral blades are of variable pitch form;

3. The discharge pipe is inclined at a 45° angle to the pressing cylinder;

4. The frame of the presser is fixed with expansion bolts and no embedded parts are required;

5. This equipment can be linked and controlled with the supporting equipment, which is convenient to control. It can also be equipped with a local control box by itself.
