ZBG Peripheral Drive Sludge Scraper
Purpose
The ZBG peripheral drive sludge scraper is suitable for medium and large-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet and central sludge discharge,which is mainly used for sludge discharge in primary sedimentation tanks of municipal sewage treatment plants. The equipment was awarded with the certificate for the promotion of scientific and technological achievements issued by the Ministry of Construction in 2002.
Structure and working principle
The device is adopted with peripheral drive. The sewage inflows through the inlet pipe at the center of the tank, diffuses through the steady flow cylinder and then uniformly outflows in a radial pattern to the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The drive device drives the working bridge frame to rotate around the periphery and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate, scraping the sludge from the periphery of the tank to the central sludge collection trough and then discharging it out of the tank by the static water pressure inside the tank through the sludge discharge pipe. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the skimming device and then scraped into the scum hopper by the skimming rake and discharged out of the tank. The supernatant overflows into the effluent trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged.
Main features
1. The working bridge can be semi-bridge or full-bridge type, and its materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.;
2. The driving device adopts a shaft-mounted helical gear reducer directly connected to the driving roller for transmission, with a compact structure and high mechanical efficiency;
3. The scraper collects sludge along a logarithmic spiral trajectory, with good continuity and high sludge collection efficiency;
4. When the pool bottom slope is 1:10, the resistance during sludge scraping can be reduced;
5. Double mechanical and electrical overload protection is provided, ensuring safe and reliable operation;
6. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely.
