JZG 型浮渣收集管安装在池体下游，主要用于收集水平流沉淀池或浮选池表面的浮渣和泡沫，以及隔油池表面的浮油。

This equipment adopts a rotary type. During operation, the vertical lifting of the screw drives the connecting rod to move, rotating the collecting port of the slag collecting pipe into the water so that the floating slag flows into the pipe through the weir opening on the pipe with the water and is discharged out of the pool from the end of the pipe. When the slag discharge stops, the collecting port of the slag collecting pipe is rotated back above the liquid surface.

1. According to needs, for the slag discharge of multiple sedimentation tanks, multiple slag skimming pipes can be connected in series. Except for the slag skimming pipe at the head end, which is closed at one end and open at the other end, the two ends of the remaining slag skimming pipes are not closed and also serve as connecting pipes;
       2. The slag collecting pipe usually uses worm gear and worm drive. If remote control is required, an electric device can be used;
       3. There are several weir openings on the slag collecting pipe, and their central angle is 60°;
       4. This equipment has low investment, long service life, convenient use and maintenance, and stable and reliable working effect;
