SL Type Water Conservancy Grid
Purpose
The SL hydraulic grate (also known as the rotary grate cleaner) is mainly used in drainage pumping stations with large flow, river channels and the inlets of large hydraulic pumping stations, etc., which is used to intercept large solid floating debris in the water body to ensure the smooth flow of water.
Structure and working principle
The device is of back-drop type and rotary chain type, with a water passage surface composed of toothed rake plates and fixed grate bars. When the sewage flows through, debris larger than the gap of the grate bar is intercepted. The rake teeth of the toothed rake plates penetrate into the gap of the grate bars. When the drive device drives the traction chain to rotate, the rake teeth carry the debris trapped on the grate bar surface from bottom to top to the discharge outlet. When the rake teeth turn from bottom to top, the debris falls off by gravity and falls into the conveyor through the discharge opening and then is transported out or further processed.
Main features
1. The drive device is driven directly by cycloidal pinwheel or spiral gear reducers, featuring low noise, compact structure and smooth operation;
2. The rake teeth are of the oblique type and welded to the horizontal shaft as a whole, which can lift larger debris.
3. The frame is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, with easy installation and less daily maintenance;
4. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely.
5. To prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with dual protection of mechanical shear pin and overcurrent, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment;
6. A secondary grate is set at the bottom. When the tooth rake rotates from behind to front of the main grate, the secondary grate automatically adheres to the main grate to prevent the water from short-circuiting and flowing into floating debris.
