NJS Internal Water Inlet Hole Plate-type Grate Cleaner
Purpose
The NJS internal water inlet hole plate grate cleaner is a new type of equipment for continuous interception and removal of solid debris from fluids. The perforated plate fine grate has a high capture rate and can effectively remove a wider variety of grate residues, such as flat solids, weeds, melon seeds, paper scraps, etc. Especially hair and fiber residues that are difficult to intercept by traditional grates can significantly reduce the load of subsequent processing procedures.
This type of grate cleaner can be widely used in urban sewage treatment and influent interception in the water supply industry and solid-liquid separation in the treatment of related industrial wastewater such as paper mills, which is particularly suitable for MBR membrane treatment processes in order to provide higher operational efficiency and reduce the frequency of maintenance of process equipment.
Structure and working principle
The NJS perforated plate fine grate is mainly composed of the main frame, rotating perforated plates and chains, drive system, slag chute, backwashing system and control cabinet, etc. The sewage enters from the middle of the perforated plate grate and is discharged out from inside to outside through the perforated grate plates on both sides. The debris trapped inside is lifted by the rotation of the perforated grate plates to the upper discharge area, where the debris is washed by the flushing system and falls into the internal collection conveyor and then is conveyed to the debris treatment equipment, while the grate plates are also washed cleanly to enter the next working cycle.
Main features
1. The sewage flows in from the center and out from the sides and bottom, with a large filtration area and small head loss;
2. There is a rubber seal between the grate plates, and the grate residue is blocked in the inner cavity, so there will be no phenomenon of the grate residue overturning.
3. The filter grate screen is low in friction and wear-resistant, and the finished screen is not prone to clogging and is easy to clean;
4. The mesh of the filter grate screen is a uniform arrangement of round holes, with a diameter range of 2mm-6mm, which can effectively remove hair and fluff debris that other types of grates cannot remove;
5. The closed traction chain forms a closed transmission chain with the guide rails on both sides of the equipment to prevent debris from entering and seizing the traction chain, ensuring smooth and reliable operation;
6. The equipment above the channel is completely enclosed with an outer cover, with a detachable inspection cover for easy collection of odors;
7. The whole machine is installed without the need to modify the original civil structure, especially suitable for the renewal and transformation of old equipment;
8. It has multiple protection devices with fault alarm function to ensure safe operation of the equipment;
9. Diversified control methods, including manual/remote control. The operation intervals of the equipment can be adjusted as needed to achieve periodic operation, and the operation can be automatically controlled based on the liquid level difference before and after the grate.
