DYQ Belt Thickening and Dewatering Integrated Machine

Purpose

The DYQ belt-type concentration and dewatering machine is mainly used for concentrating and dewatering the residual sludge or mixed sludge from the biochemical treatment of urban sewage,which is a highly efficient dewatering equipment for forming sludge cakes and can be applied to sludge dewatering in various industries such as water supply and drainage, papermaking, foundry, leather, textile, chemical, food, etc.


Structure and working principle

The equipment is mainly composed of a belt-type concentrator and a dewatering machine. After the sludge is added with coagulant, it undergoes a thorough mixing reaction in the sludge mixer and then flows into the gravity dewatering section. Under the effect of gravity, a large amount of free water in the sludge flows out from the gaps of the filter belt and enters the water collection tank and then is guided through the wedge pre-pressing section. The sludge is gradually flattened and subjected to a slight squeeze for further dewatering and then enters the S-shaped multi-roller pressing section. The sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths and repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different diameters to cause shearing on the sludge and promote further dewatering to form sludge cakes. Finally, the sludge cakes are scraped off by a scraper and transported away, while the upper and lower filter belts are washed and reused.
