The S series self-washing filter is an electric brush-washing water filter, which is driven by a motor with a set of stainless steel brushes installed inside the strainer.

The fully automatic self-washing filter for harsh environments can be equipped with a 3500 micron to 300 micron strainer for different usage requirements. The self-washing process of the filter is initiated by a differential pressure signal and time.

Structural forms: vertical, horizontal and online types.

When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value (0.5bar) or the time setting value, the filter will start the self-washing process, which consists of two steps: open the diaphragm drain valve located on the upper end cover of the filter; The motor drives the stainless steel brush inside the strainer to rotate, and the impurities captured by the strainer are thus brushed off by the steel brush and discharged through the drain valve. The entire washing process takes about 15-30 seconds. The system does not stop running during the washing, and the entire operation of the filter is controlled by a control box that comes with it.
