ZCX Type Central Drive Single (Double) Pipe Sludge Suction Machine

Purpose

ZCX-type central drive single (double) pipe sludge suction machine is suitable for large and medium-sized sedimentation tanks with peripheral inlet, peripheral outlet, and central sludge discharge, mainly used for sludge suction and discharge in secondary sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants.

Structure and working principle

This device uses central drive and vertical frame type. Sewage enters the peripheral water distribution trough and evenly flows into the tank through the water distribution holes at the bottom of the trough. Under the action of the peripheral water retaining apron, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center. The sludge deposits at the bottom of the tank by its own weight, thus forming mud-water separation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraping arm and the sludge suction pipe to rotate. Under the action of hydrostatic pressure, the sludge evenly enters the suction ports arranged on the suction pipe, and then is discharged out of the tank through the central sludge discharge pipe and the sleeve valve of the sludge discharge well. The amount of sludge discharge can be controlled by the lifting degree of the sleeve valve. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the scum skimming device, and then scraped into the scum discharge hopper by the scum scraping rake and discharged out of the tank; while the supernatant overflows into the outlet trough through the triangular weir plate and is discharged.

Main features

1. The peripheral inlet and outlet channels of the sedimentation tank adopt a side-section design, ensuring uniform water distribution and outflow around the sedimentation tank;
       2. The driving device uses a combination of a helical gear reducer and a worm gear reducer to ensure the output torque and speed, with high transmission efficiency; an over-torque protection device is installed in the reducer, making the operation safe and reliable;
       3. When Φ ≤ 40m, a single-sided suction pipe is used; when Φ > 40m, double-sided suction pipes are used;
       4. The sludge suction pipe discharges sludge in the form of a horizontal perforated pipe, which does not interfere with the density current in the tank, ensuring the stability of the effluent;
       5. The sludge suction ports on the conical sludge suction pipe are uniquely designed with variable hole distances, increasing from the inside to the outside, ensuring balanced sludge suction on the entire bottom of the tank, increasing the sludge suction concentration, and saving the power for sludge return;
       6. There are two ways of skimming: plate skimming and tube skimming (the former is usually used);
       7. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely.
