The ZCCG type vertical frame central drive sludge scraper is suitable for medium and large-diameter radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central sludge discharge. It is mainly used for sludge discharge in secondary sedimentation tanks of municipal sewage treatment plants.

This equipment uses a central drive and a vertical frame. After the sewage flows from the inlet pipe into the guide cylinder and spreads, it evenly flows out radially to the periphery. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraping arm and the mud scraper to rotate. The sludge is scraped from the periphery of the tank to the central sludge collection trough, and then is discharged out of the tank through the sludge discharge pipe by the static water pressure in the tank. The floating scum on the water surface is skimmed to the pool edge by the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag discharge hopper by the slag scraping rake and discharged out of the tank; while the supernatant liquid overflows into the outlet trough through the triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.
