Project Introduction:

The deodorization system of this project is divided into two sets, respectively targeting the sewage treatment process and the sludge treatment process. The sewage treatment process includes fine screens, vortex grit removal, and oxidation ditches. Malodorous gas from fine screens is collected using stainless steel frames with fiberglass panels, and odor from oxidation ditches is collected using anti-hanging membranes with covers. An integrated biological deodorization process is adopted to purify the collected odor, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude through a 15m high chimney. The exhaust gas meets national standard requirements. The waste gas from the sludge dewatering workshop is collected by covers and treated separately by a set of deodorization equipment before high-altitude discharge.
