Project Introduction:
Sanlin No. 1 Pumping Station is located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The original deodorization equipment followed the Grade II emission standard in the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554 - 93), which is lower than the non - industrial area emission standard in the "Emission Standards for Odor (Malodor) Pollutants" (DB31 - 1025/2016) currently officially implemented in Shanghai. By upgrading the original waste gas collection system and deodorization system of Sanlin No. 1 Pumping Station, improving the deodorization system engineering and odor leakage issues, the project achieved the DB31/1025 - 2016 non - industrial area emission standards and the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary" (GB12348 - 2008), meeting the daily operational needs of the pumping station.
Sanlin No. 1 Pumping Station adopts high - efficiency liquid - phase deodorization technology and humus biological adsorption deodorization technology introduced from Japan. It integrates advantages such as high active microbial concentration, higher treatment efficiency, low operating costs, small footprint, long service life, high humidity resistance, and non - corrosiveness. This has been successfully applied in the deodorization equipment improvement project of Sanlin No. 1 Pumping Station.
Through integrated and modular manufacturing, the removal of old equipment, modification of the new collection system and air ducts, and installation and commissioning of new deodorization equipment were completed in just 10 days on - site. According to third - party sampling and testing, the deodorization effect meets the requirements for non - industrial area emissions in the Shanghai local standard "Emission Standards for Odor (Malodor) Pollutants" DB31/1025 - 2016. Meanwhile, noise control meets the requirements for Category 2 functional zones in the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary" GB12348 - 2008.
