Project Introduction:

The project is located south of Jinshan Road and north of Huanghe Avenue in Shuanggou Town, Suining County. The total area of the project is 33.75 mu. Land for Phase II advanced treatment is reserved at the northwest corner of the land use boundary. The flocculation sedimentation tank and clear water tank are designed for 10,000 tons/day, with construction space reserved for Phase II to reach 30,000 tons/day. The civil engineering works for other individual facilities are designed according to a capacity of 30,000 tons/day, and the equipment installation is configured according to a capacity of 10,000 tons/day. Upon completion, the treatment capacity will reach 10,000 tons/day. The project construction started in June 2023. The engineering scope includes conceptual design, preliminary design, construction drawing design, material procurement, construction, and final delivery, which is an EPC project. It mainly adopts mechanical mixing + baffle flocculation + inclined tube sedimentation tank + V-type filter (sand filter) + clear water tank + disinfection. The overall water quality reaches the Class IV water quality standard of the "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water" (GB3838-2002).
