The construction content of this project includes the construction of 34 sewage treatment plants in 30 townships, the renovation of 2 sewage treatment plants in 2 townships (Dongfeng Town Sewage Treatment Plant and Ertang Town Sewage Treatment Plant have already been completed, among which Section C1 includes: Shimen Township (Old Market Town), Chahe Town, Xiushui Town, Dougu Town, Halake Town, Haila Town, Longjie Town, Xinfa Town, Longchang Town, and Jindou Town sewage treatment projects. Now it is necessary to repair and maintain the existing plant and pipeline network, and at the same time add a set of advanced treatment facilities for upgrading. The renovation location of the sewage plant is located at the reserved position of the original sewage plant), supporting the construction of 212.81km of sewage collection pipeline network, which can provide sewage treatment services for 32 townships in Weining County, with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 27,400m³, and the effluent standard reaches the Level A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). For daily treatment scale Q≤1000m/d, the A/O+MBR process is used, and the main treatment section adopts integrated equipment integration and pipeline UV disinfection facilities. For daily treatment scale Q>1000m³/d, the A2/O + sedimentation module + high - efficiency sedimentation tank + drum filter treatment process is adopted, and the disinfection method uses open - channel UV disinfection facilities.
