Municipal sewage treatment plant
Phase II Expansion and Supporting Facilities Project of Chongyi County Sewage Treatment Plant in Jiangxi
Project Scale:
25,000 m3/d
Project Introduction:
The project is located at the southeast corner of the existing plant area in Chongyi County, Ganzhou City (Zhuduzi Resettlement Site, Taxia Village, Hengshui Town), with a land area of approximately 6,897 square meters (about 10.35 acres) and a project investment of about 59.63 million yuan. This project is an expansion of a 15,000 t/d sewage treatment system based on the existing Phase I treatment capacity of 10,000 t/d, bringing the total sewage treatment scale of the plant to 25,000 t/d. The project is designed according to the Grade A standard, and the sewage and wastewater will be discharged into the Xiaojiang River in Hengshui Town after reaching the standard. The project officially started on June 10, 2022, and completed the joint final inspection on November 10, 2023. Main newly built and renovated structures include:
1. Newly built part: fine screens and vortex grit chambers, improved A2/O biochemical tanks, high-efficiency sedimentation tanks, cloth media filters, contact disinfection tanks, dosing rooms, power distribution rooms, sludge storage tanks, deodorization systems and other facilities.
2. Renovated part: coarse screens and lifting pump stations, blower rooms (renovated from the old sludge dewatering room), dewatering rooms (renovated from the current dewatering room), and other facilities.
Our company won the bid for the equipment installation engineering. The construction scope includes the process pipelines within the plant area, automatic control systems and monitoring systems, pipeline renovation projects, process equipment engineering, rainwater and sewage drainage projects, electrical engineering, and other main contents included in the drawings and lists. This includes but is not limited to the procurement, complete set, supply to the designated location, transportation, loading and unloading, on-site installation of process equipment, electrical equipment (compatible and connected with Phase I equipment), and automatic control instruments, automatic control system programming (including compatibility and connection with the Phase I central control room system), commissioning (including chemicals, biochemical bacteria dosing, electricity costs, etc.), trial operation (6 months), technical services (such as personnel training, on-site guidance), and after-sales services to ensure that the effluent water quality meets the Grade A discharge standard in the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002), and the completion acceptance of the equipment installation project was completed in May 2023.
