Project Introduction:

The project is located on the east side of Jichang Road, south side of Qingshui Road, west side of Zhifu Road, and north side of Hongsheng Packaging in Lianshui Airport Industrial Park, Lianshui County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. The treatment process is: 1) Pretreatment + front-end high-efficiency sedimentation tank + pre-anoxia and hydrolytic acidification tank + two-stage AO biochemical tank + secondary sedimentation tank + back-end high-efficiency sedimentation tank + V-type filter + ozone contact tank + ultraviolet disinfection tank process; 2) Water reuse process: self-cleaning filter + ultrafiltration + security filter + two-stage reverse osmosis; 3) Concentrated water treatment process: ozone contact tank + high-efficiency sedimentation tank + biological aerated filter + V-type deep bed filter; 4) Sludge treatment adopts sludge thickening + high-pressure plate and frame filter press process. The design effluent quality indicators, except for SS and fecal coliform counts which follow the Grade I-A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002), follow the Class IV standard in the "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water", with TN ≤ 10 (12) mg/L.
